Tips for perfect red lips:
1. Make sure your lips are smooth. Nothing is worse than chapped red lips.
2. Always, always, ALWAYS use a lipliner. Red or nude, either one is fine. Do not just line your lips, but fill them completely in.
3. Don't apply your lipstick right from the tube, use a lip brush.
4. For extra staying power, apply your liner and lipstick, apply a coat of powder over that, and then top that with another coat of lipstick.
